WiFi updates is when you don’t have cellular service.
So I just checked on it and it said it had finished and offered to show me what was new, but when I clicked on the "What's New" button, it gave me:Do not forget to post the version number after it finishes.
Did you check the mobile app. Any changes? So I just checked on it and it said it had finished and offered to show me what was new, but when I clicked on the "What's New" button, it gave me:

I did go through and look for things though and found a few things which may be new features.
The build went from FCA-MY22.S21D.5-PROD to FCA-MY22.S23.13-PROD
These are items in the settings screen which I don't remember being there before, but this is from memory, so correct me if I'm wrong:
Emergency Vehicle Detection Alert (Off) - I turned it on...
Tire Fill Assist - It's under Hill Start Assist - No idea what this does.
Show Time and Date During Screen Off - This was off and I left it off.
Brake Service - It's under Auto Park Brake and it offers to release the Auto Park Brake, It may have had the word emergency in it, but I don't remember now.
I tried the out of car with fob and it still beeps 3 times
I didn't go through the Navigation options because I never use the navigation in favor of Android Auto - which still connected and worked ok... If I notice anything else I'll post it.
That's cool..."Tire Fill Assist - It's under Hill Start Assist - No idea what this does."
The car will honk when you are filling the tire at the gas station to let you know it reached the correct pressure. This I call a useful honk
Not that I can tell, I don't believe the app updated at all.Did you check the mobile app. Any changes?
ThanksNot that I can tell, I don't believe the app updated at all.
Not so. Can't you use your phone as wifi for other apps? Then what's the point of putting it on wifi? It doesn't seem to do anything else with it.
I'd think a head and tail light flash would be a better notification, rather than sharing with all in a 100 ft radius, unless it's just a brief squeak."Tire Fill Assist - It's under Hill Start Assist - No idea what this does."

May not be able to see headlight or tail lights flashes when standing next to the car in the day light, the horn will be more noticeable. It could be a low chirp sound and does not have to be full blast horn too.I'd think a head and tail light flash would be a better notification, rather than sharing with all in a 100 ft radius, unless it's just a brief squeak.
Not sure what you're asking, but to my knowledge you can't use your phone for anything in the car other than audio. You could use your phone as a hotspot, but that's the same as putting it on your home wifi. Not so. Can't you use your phone as wifi for other apps?
You can keep it turned off. I don't mind any annoying sound as long as it's optional.I'd think a head and tail light flash would be a better notification, rather than sharing with all in a 100 ft radius, unless it's just a brief squeak.
So this just happened. I went out to get my wife some coffee and when I got to Dunkin, I got out and the head unit didn't turn off when I opened the door, so after I closed it I saw that it said it had an update and was asking if I wanted to install it now. I figured I'd deal with that when I got home, but when I came back out, it had already started on it's own, telling me not to drive the vehicle! Needless to say I drove it home anyway... Was going to wait for it to finish in my garage but it was only at 48% so I'll check on it later...

It's Wireless, works great. I don't see how AA would have any bearing on Uconnect updates, but who knows. PS, I saw on a Chrysler Pacifica forum that the update I got was received by a user on that forum the first week of February, so I assume it's some kind of random or predetermined algorithm that spits the updates out, so you'll probably get it soon.I cannot get any updates.
I see that you have Android auto enabled. Is it wired or wireless and does it appear that having it enabled has anything to do with it?
So do you have MY21 or MY22? Based on your software version I’m assuming a 2022?So this just happened. You can customize the top bar by swiping down from the top of the screen and dragging and dropping what you want there. So do you have MY21 or MY22? Based on your software version I’m assuming a 2022?
Also, how do you have Alexa as a link in the top bar? Or is it not Alexa?
I have a 2021 Summit (with Alexa) and I don’t have an option to add it to the task bar at the top?
'22. Alexa is one of the quick links I can drag there. If you hit the 2 horizontal lines in the middle of the top of the screen you get a quick menu and you can drag the icons into the 5 top slots, 4 on the left and one on the right. I think they only gave me Alexa for like 6 months without paying Stellantis a subscription, but I figured I'd try it out. It's especially useful if I forget my cell phone, I can stream music through alexa. So do you have MY21 or MY22? Based on your software version I’m assuming a 2022?
