Thanks for the replies! I do know you can drag down the top bar to change out the options but for me Alexa is not an option. It’s must be exclusive to 22s

PS if anybody gets the FCA-MY22.S23.13-PROD update and can capture the release notes successfully, I'd love to see them...
The previous update had the same issue, I could not fetch the release notes and got the same error.

So are any 2021's getting updates past MY21.R17.99.-PROD - Would not surprise me if Jeep just abandoned that model year entirely at this point.

Honestly that’s my fear as well. I see they MY22 has the Alexa button as an option in the toolbar. MY21 does not. They are also getting updates and haven’t seen anything come across. I’ll be furious if they abandoned us given we still don’t have many of the features we purchased!

my uconnect refuses to connect to my home wifi, even though signal strength is full. any solutions that worked for you guys?

Like many others, my system still has the 98 version. I contacted Jeep. After being told many times that 98 is the most recent version, I insisted that the representative check the TSB issued in November, Finally, she agreed that I should have the 99 version. Based on the TSB the update was supposed to begin distribution on November 8th. However, there was a delay, so, the first batch of updates only commenced on January 10th. Since the updates are not sent out to everyone at once, and there are thousands of vehicles needing the update, including Durangos, and Pacificas, we will have to wait a bit longer. We shall see.

Well, Since I got my update .99 on November 9th I'm gonna have to throw the bullshit flag on that one. Not that it did anything useful anyway.

@JeepCares wanted to let you know since you've all been so helpful. One of my coworkers approached me yesterday to tell me how excited they were because they just ordered a new 22 WL Summit. I sat them down - showed them this forum - and explained how well I've been taken care of by your brand. I also went through all the issues I've had and discussed the complete lack of corporate response and ownership from Jeep.

He picked up his phone right there and cancelled his order.

As someone who's owned so many jeeps over the years I have people coming up to me all the time asking about the brand. I'll continue to share my experience with everyone who wants to listen.

So, within 48 hours of my discussion/debate with Jeep, this AM I get the Software Update. Coincidence? You tell me.

I got the update to 99 yesterday as well. Seems they finally got around to me. I have a July manufactured Summit if that matters.

Been having nothing but problems with this car since I got it. Can’t even go a week without some issue. Currently working on lemon law claim through jeep (supposed to be getting a call from them tomorrow). And I continue to have this SOS Call box unavailable pop up. This is now about the 17th time this has popped up and of course the dealer cannot recreate this issue.
