I’m not even sure which version I have because it looks nothing like y’all’s. Been having nothing but problems with this car since I got it. Can’t even go a week without some issue. Currently working on lemon law claim through jeep (supposed to be getting a call from them tomorrow). And I continue to have this SOS Call box unavailable pop up. This is now about the 17th time this has popped up and of course the dealer cannot recreate this issue.
Which screen you have 8.4 or 10.1?

If Im currently looking at a 22 GCL Limited thats "being built", any idea on what i can expect from a software reliability/issues standpoint?

BTW, this is my first post here. Long-time lurker, first time poster! Good info here from what I can see. TIA

I was at the dealer last week and they told me my Telematics had the latest update, yet I still have those same issues.

So here is a funny update. @JeepCares or should I say @JeepDoesn'tCare denied my buyback claim because the dealership cannot recreate the issues and there isn't enough documentation to prove any of this stuff occurring (because it cannot count towards the buyback claim unless the dealer can recreate it). Then I got told that I don't have Jeep Connected Services in my Jeep, Which is wrong because I can remote start, lock and everything from my phone. Then they told me that the Wifi Hotspot is not working cause of AT&T which is also not true because AT&T already checked it. So clearly nobody at jeep has any clue what they're doing and they're pushing out crap products and trying to point the blame everywhere else besides themselves. Basically I am stuck in limbo with a car that doesn't do half the functions we were sold on because the issues cannot be recreated. So what are the options from here from anyone else experiencing this?

Sell it and take the financial loss in the shorts…. That’s what I am teetering on.

Yep, welcome to Jeep and Idiocracy. At least their team didn’t call you a liar flat out and blame all vehicle problems on you.

Sell it, this is the way forward. Ever notice the amount of used GCL’s in the market with less then 5K miles?

I had same issue and car would go beserk. Push them and you will get your money back. Let it go to the dealer 30 days or 4 times and pursue lemon law. Will take months, but will get resolved.

Take pictures/videos of the issue. Take it in for service each time it pops up. If they wont, get a lemon lawyer, no cost to you.

Yea nothing is easy right now. I just took it to dealer I bought it too and politely held my ground until they took posession. As long as they have it it counts as time. If you have it it does not. Thats why they push it that way.

The 22 MY got a software update on Friday the 12th, no noticeable changes in performance. The 2021 did not receive one yet.
 
I have seen bugs with the latest sw update. Display lags and now my screen is stuck on the Driver Profile page and I cannot interact with any menus, etc. Going to try a soft reset first and then a hard reset if step 1 doesn't work...

8.4" or 10.1"? and Which software version you have?
