Ordered Limited loaded 4/5 was told today they are escalating my order, should have been moved up as this is an EP, maybe we will have it for Christmas!

My Dealer placed a new order for me on Monday and just got the VIN last night. Was told that it is being scheduled for build and should be shipped in 5 - 6 weeks

I ordered 3/6 and it is built but they cannot give me any updates or estimate on shipping to my dealer. Very frustrated

I ordered a Limited 4x4 in Baltic gray with black interior. Pano roof, 10.1" screen w/ Nav, Trailer Tow, 2nd row Bench, 20" wheels and Paint protection package.

would love to have had the Lux Tech II package but they are not taking orders with that option right now.

The Luxury Tech II on Limited is a steal for $2300 in my opinion. Just the ventilated seats, digital rear view mirror and 360 cameras are more than worth that price. Sad to see that dealers aren't taking orders with that options yet....

I believe they are close to doing updates on the ordering system to add more options and hopefully remove some restrictions like the Lux for Limited.
I have received confirmation from Jeep on two occasions that Overland with two tone exterior will become available on what they call "next ordering window". The problem is that they don't commit to a date of when this will happen. They just say soon.

Then they had one on order for dealer stock that had everything I list above with the Lux tech II that I put a deposit on but it's stuck in BG status ( order has passes edit but cannot be scheduled regardless of sold status), dealer spoke to corporate rep and was told they do not know when they will start to build the limited with the Lux Tech II again because of part constraints. That's why I ordered without.

You still sitting in D status with your reserve? I never got that call I was promised, so I called into customer service and they told me that the manager tried calling me. I had no missed calls or voicemail. I told them to have the manager call me back and if I don't answer to leave a voicemail and they said I would get a followup call on Wednesday. Stil nothing Thursday night. I figure all I'm going to do is learn more info, but I don't think it will expedite my build at all.

I think the issue with all the hold up is for folks who ordered V8. Has anybody seen a V8 GCL move past D1 status? Or an example where a V8 is “in-transit” on the jeep site?
