Jeep Grand Cherokee L order status updates….

Good for you! That would be just 8 weeks total leadtime.
I have not placed my order yet, waiting on the Overland to be available with two tone color.

Has anyone placed an order for a Laredo or the Altitude trims or is everyone who is really excited going for the higher level trims? I'm a fan of the Altitude's styling big time and don't feel I need some of the upgraded features on higher trims.

Ordered a White Summit, not reserve, on May 3. Every time I chat with them they tell me waiting gathering of parts. I received a VON and a VIN 1 week after i ordered. Yesterday the chat person told me he was going to escalate my information to a supervisory group, and they would email me on what the schedule might be. No dates yet! Anybody have any information that might help me?

not necessarily helpful but know I’m in the same boat. Ordered GC-L 25U (Summit Reserve 5.7L quick order) w/ 3 options (sales codes MRT, ASW and AAN) on May 6th. Asked them why folks ordering as late as 3-4 weeks ago are already getting scheduled and they could answer. My case was escalated too.

Glad to know i am not the only one! What color did you order? I also did the 5.7. Got a VIN number within a week, but they have no more info. I ordered white

I chatted last night was told that I'd be getting a call today and they would be escalating my case so I can get a scheduled date. Sounds like now that they green lit the sale Monday everyone is getting escalated.

I also ordered on 4/19 a White GC-L 25U (Summit Reserve 5.7L quick order) w/ 2 options (sales codes ASW and AAN). My order was “escalated” and I also received the generic email as seen above from Jeff. No update on the escalation for the past week. I am worried I will be out of town when it arrives at the dealer (2 week vacation) and they will have a bunch of people test driving it or sell it before I get back. Here’s to hoping it comes soon or at least starts the build process.
