    hi GC_chief any recommendations on putting bigger tires on limited version … im going with 275/55 wich is 32” tall MT but the front steering knuckle I guess it’ll rub !! .. what u think . Thanks good night

    Hi GC_chief,

    Do you have any rubbing with your wheel and tire setup? We have a Summit w/o air suspension and wondering if your setup will fit w/o rubbing/trimming. Thanks in advance!

    hey! about 4k miles on it so far and only slight rubs the felt at full lock in entry/exit mode. If you don’t have QL it won’t be a problem at all…you’ll only be limited by the steering knuckle (32” OD) unless you’re will to go with zero offset (sticks out about 2”) to clear it. I think non-QL models with a 2.5” lift and negative offset could probably get away with 33’s pretty easily.

    Hello GC_chief ,

    Well, i assume you dont have your OEM summit wheels available anymore and would like to know your opinion about the Limited wheels, i dont like it, this is my wife vehicle and it wont be use for any or minimal off-road. I presume that if i put any 21 or 22 wheels it will affected the "comfort" ride, is there any 20 that you recommend. Thank you for your time, i appreciate it.

    Hey! The SR oem wheels are 275/45R21 which gives a 4.9” sidewall and an OD of 30.5”. I increased OD to 31.5” be running 275/45R22’s which keeps the same sidewall profile but gives for tires options since nobody makes 21” off road tires. I would characterize it as comfortable but with the stiffness of a sports car. hope this helps.

    Hello - curious what dealer you used in SC. I'm just south of ATL but can easily fly anywhere. Looking for a Summit Reserve or Overland V8 4x4 and I'd like to find one that has quadra-lift. I feel like I'm being pressured into buying one now due to the chip shortage but I'd rather get what I want than wait and be forced into buying something that doesn't have the features I feel are a must. Thanks!
