My 22 SR is stuck in inspection. I ordered it on 10/15 as part of a buyback deal. I have been promised (lied to) over and over that since this is part of a buyback pursuant to lemon law provisions that I would be prioritized. I was told that as a buyback deal it would take 1 to 3 weeks to get my SR. Here it is 3 weeks since they have been being built and I am no where near receiving my Jeep. In the meantime I am stuck driving a GCL that is full of problems. @JeepCares, my repurchase representative, Jeep Chat…none of them are being cooperative, helpful or empathetic. I’ve been a very long time Jeep customer…specifically I’ve been driving Grand Cherokees exclusively for the past 15 or 20 years. I trade on average about every 18 to 24 months. I’m not a happy customer right about now. This morning Jeep Chat told me my SR was in transit, my dealer said it was still in inspection and then within the hour Jeep Chat told me that it is in fact still in inspection. My 2022 L Overland arrived a moment ago to my dealer.
It took 7 weeks from order to delivery.
I know some are waiting on their 2021 still, I really hope you get them soon.
Checked with dealership today (12/27) and my '22 GCL SR V8 was unloaded from the railcar yesterday 12/26 in Benicia, CA (about 4 hour car right to the north of me). Hopefully they can get it on a truck and shipped to my dealership in the next couple of days. ETA to dealership is now 12/26-1/4.Update as of this morning - It's shipped with ETA date

I didn’t think the backseat entertainment was available till later this year. Are you sure you saw it on a vehicle??Signed for a 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve yesterday for an in transit vehicle. Based on YouTube videos of test drives I have seen a mix of Summit Reserves that come with the passenger side interface screen and sometimes a set of screens in the backseats (5 seat model). My window sticker shows the passenger side interface screen but I cannot get a clear answer if there will be a set of screens in the backseat. Also when I go to build a new 2022 online there is no option to add screens to the backseats. Does anyone know how some vehicles have them and some don’t?
Almost positive it’s not available yetNot in person but I have seen a number of pictures and also a number of videos of it. I attached screen shot below

From what I read, passenger and second row screens are options on the Limited, Overland, and Summit, and on the SR they are standard. However, the article states later in 22.Signed for a 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve yesterday for an in transit vehicle. The Limited has a roof mounted screen in the middle which is not available on the higher trims because they have the double sun roofs. The dual screen entertainment system with the build in fire tv isn't available yet. From what I read, passenger and second row screens are options on the Limited, Overland, and Summit, and on the SR they are standard. Update, as of yesterday afternoon my GCL SR V8 is Shippable again and says "Bay location updated for vehicle shipment". That's sounds like goid news.My GCL SR V8 was unloaded from the railcar on 11/26, but today my order status changed. It now says shippable = No. What does that mean? My dealership said they don't know why it says that.
Thank you, I will ask them for the VINPut your vin on the end of this link: https://www.jeep.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=
