I just called for the first time and got connected with a lady that said their system is still updating so she couldn't give any updates. She said it would be done on Monday and said "hopefully we'll have an exciting update for you on Monday".
Monday it is...

I just spoke to the owner of the busiest Jeep dealership in Houston texas. It's the dealership that has my Trailhawk on order. The owner stated that if I'm still in D status, it would probably be by the end of summer before the car is ready! F that

Good grief, Jeep. I just came on here to catch up since I don’t think my cancelled order has been delivered yet (I still have to sign that I don’t want it when it comes in). What a disaster. I get that there are global supply chain issues, yadda yadda yadda, but the lack of communication to customers who are wanting to hand them $50k+ for a vehicle is just dumbfounding.

Thoroughly enjoying my new Tundra. Saw a JGC Limited in the road the other day (first 2-row I’ve seen in person) and they’re handsome vehicles, but I just don’t think it’s worth the effort anymore for the Trailhawks.

They said that they can't tell any eta because thats what is updating "eta and dealership ordering system". They can still see the status.

For the first time 2 ppl from Jeep Care confirmed that it is really scheduled. So.. finger crossed.

“Scheduled” is another word for “D“ status, which does not mean it has a date. I genuinely don’t comprehend how they consider something as being scheduled when that schedule does not include a date, but that’s how they see it.

They said that my dealer has an ETA, but dealer system is down so 😂😂 yeet

Build schedules are fluid based on parts availability & JIT delivery...a constant juggling act, every day at every plant.

Got an update from my dealership, it is really scheduled to be built soon. But, there is no eta, because eta system is down for 2 weeks now lol
