Update: from being scheduled, went to scheduled for build, dealer said it should take up to 10 days to manufacturing stage. No eta yet, so is it D or D1? 😅 feels like D1.

I was at D1... about a month ago. Then relegated to D again.

Texted with cheap care today. Zero helpful information. I can't take it anymore.

David is the one who told me its scheduled, contact them again and they will tell its "being scheduled", not "scheduled"🤣🤣

One time I was told I had a “firm schedule” but there was no date associated with it. I think that was that particular agent’s interpretation of D status.

While what customer service should be taken with a grain of salt, I called the 800 Jeep Chat number yesterday ( for the first time, have been only using chat ) and the guy gave me a lot of info. He actually said my 4xe should go “down the line” on April 8th ( today ) and should arrive at the dealer in about a month. He said I had all the parts and that my build was moving along “nicely“. The guy did say the schedule could slip a few days, but I should be good and in the “home stretch”. I said I was worried that I’d have to wait for JNAP to open and my 4xe would not be built at Mack, but his screen said it was set for Mack.
I guess that means I should see my build sheet in the next few days, if it is going down the line ~today. That will be the verification if he is right or not?
I ordered a SR in mid December FYI. I was in, I think, on day 2 of when the order banks came online.
Have you tried that call again? I’m really curious what they might have to say a week later.

I chatted with them Monday and the chat guy had zero idea about my car actually being built or if I had any timeline. He just said I am "scheduled". So idk if what i was told was actually true or maybe the chat system has poor/different information. i'll call again tomorrow and see what is up. I still don't have a build sheet though.

Let us know lol, I dont really want to go that far with calling and asking simple questions (wont make any difference). But still, at least delivery time frame would be great. Not asking for much 😂

Well, I called, and after a long time on hold to "research", this:
"it is in build process. Expect it to take 7-9 weeks be built and stay in touch with your dealer for eta"
I texted my dealer a while ago and have not heard back.
So, I guess I am moving along somehow....but there is so much conflicting information that idk anymore.
Today marks four months since I placed my order.

I think “in the build process” is that rep’s version of “D,” and I can’t even begin to imagine what the last guy you talked was on about.

I think their reps aren’t given especially useful data, and they aren’t trained to fully understand what it means, so you get conflicting and unhelpful answers each time you ask.

Call was basically the same as chat "scheduling stage", nothing more, nothing less. They cant really help so Im out haha 😅 been 3.5 months+ and still nothing.

Lady was askin me such questions if Trailhawk is 4x4 vehicle, so they are not really trained, but for sure they answer calls quickly.
