Roof rack cross bars

Anyone know where I can find the correct cross bars for the roof rack? I am having no luck yet.
I don’t believe the MOPAR (Thule) crossbars are available yet, but I posted a thread with Thule universal parts that should work in thread 'MOPAR Accessories for Grand Cherokee L'
https://wljeepforum.com/index.php?threads/mopar-accessories-for-grand-cherokee-l.158/post-1639

They won’t be low profile, but on the plus side, the load rating is typically 55lbs greater than the pre-assembled/flush-fit bars (220lbs v. 165lbs.)

Another poster led me in the ebay direction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/313609195412
Given the pull outs on the roof rails and the side mounting in the pictures on the listing it appears that the GLC will be a bolt into place instead of track based like previous GCs. I am total fine with a bolted fitment, especially when there is already predetermined hard point to mount to. Ultimately that should give a cleaner look and a very stable connection to the roof rails. It also appears to leave plenty of room for the panoramic sunroof vent and open functions between placement and the height of the mounts. My only issue may be placing a 50 lb kayak at that height solo, but I have some options for that.

also, I’ve noticed a very interesting trend….all of the websites that have this part online ALSO do not have the option loaded to select Grand Cherokee L’s. Weird.

Just got them from my dealer. Ending up getting them for $247 before tax. Placed them in their spots. Not very wide for mounting things. Seems to be ~33.5" for the front and ~31.5" for the rear. No locks at all. Torx head bolts are exposed and clearly visible. My pictures are too big for upload.

These things stick up higher than any rack I have seen and are narrow! Was hoping to use my Thule Aeros can fit a box and a bike…
I was thinking the same thing. Wonder if high bars allow for better airflow/less noise/less resistant (i’m being optimistic)

I was wondering the same thing. There has to be a reason. I’m holding off until I see some aftermarket ones.

Yakima just updated there site. Landing pad #19 work for the WL! That's the same landing pad used for the Compass, fyi. You can then use their bars and skyline feet. I tried the Thule compass mount and it did not fit, due to the rubber surround. Mounting plate worked though.

Just a heads up that over on the FB page people mentioned picking up a set of these to use:

BrightLines Roof Rack Crossbars Compatible with 2018 2019 2020 2021 Jeep Compass

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07LGFG7J...XIfo6tUznsERWBvzhBYHfVoI8SzW4aongCcEbfC7dnHBo

They're made for a Compass - but appear to be a direct bolt on. I like having the extended piece past the corner of the rack, makes it easier to lash down canoes and whatnot... so for $100 I ordered a pair for our Limited. Will update when they're installed (or mailed back).
