Remote Services Thru App Not Working

It is available, they clearly don’t know what they are talking about. I just had the telematics update done last week. Here are screen shots from my vehicle.
So, I have to again bring my GCL to the dealership to get this update for this telematics box? Can this be done ota?

My Jeep app does not show that. it only shows Recall and Digital Glovebox.

As of today, the Jeep app is now working! Health and fuel is all up to date. Finally!
Where are you finding this in the Jeep application? I have a a 2021 GC-L Overland and don’t see anywhere in the Jeep connected services app that shows health and fuel. Only the start, stop, horns and locks? How are you getting to health and fuel

There is a telematics update that has to be performed at the dealership.

Well my ‘trial” that rarely worked has expired and the picture below is all I get on my app now.

I would ask Jeep Cares to extend your trial period since it did not perform as required. That's the least they could do.

I brought my vehicle in for a telematics update according to jeep customer care. The work order showed they did an update on the power steering module.

Contractually, they agreed to provide those things. My systems haven't worked right either, and if my problems weren't already at the 'buyback' level, I would absolutely make them provide the things they agreed to. Other wise it's blatantly breach of contract. It's really frustrating to see how poorly they're handling these things.

Remote start stopped working completely this week. Going to jeep service again next week to get this telematics update. Did the update fix the jeep app for you @Boggswade ?
The app appeared to work but my trial ended before I picked up the car after the update was completed. I can no longer log into the app. The image attached is all I see now.

@JeepCares, since it took a Telematics update to get the system working and since the update was not completed until after the trial expired, am I entitled to a trial extension contractually?

I have the same exact problem. Jeep has allegedly looking into my issue since December. I get a weekly via phone from a very pleasant representative stating that they ar still looking at it. I'm not at all satisfied with the lack of progressIm having the same issues.
