Radio app pics please

Hey everyone sorry to revive this. But I had a case open with jeep about my GCL Altitude with the 8.4 in screen. I did not have off-road pages, weather or Alexa. After talking to them the jeep connect people said the engineers said that my vin did not show up to have these apps and the case manager pressured me to close the case. They were very pushy. Who here has the Altitude and has had any of these apps? I’ve seen some Limited with these apps but the screen appearance seems different. Can someone confirm their version? I’ll post mine here. Thank you.

Just curious, does your build sheet indicate you have off-road pages? If so, that should be your rebuttal. If not, you may be out of luck. I have a Summit and it’s listed on my build sheet. I also have weather and Alexa (not shown on build sheet) but neither work. I have an active case on both.

After just getting my jeep back for radio/Uconnect issues (32 days in service) off road pages work, Alexa was there and working but disappeared and the weather app is there but just flashes screen. Was told an update was coming out for the weather app.

Below, you will find instructions on how to perform a soft and/or factory reset of your Uconnect 5. You will also find the steps to re-pairing your mobile devices, so that you can ensure that these steps are performed in the proper fashion.

Just checking back into this thread. Has anyone a few months later had any luck with getting these apps working again?

When I updated mine yesterday, they removed the activate app and the marketplace. All other normal apps work properly for me. No weather app for my Altitude.
Please state which trim you have. Limited, Laredo and altitude have different features as I am told by Jeep cares

I have the Limited 8.4 radio. App still there and still does nothing.

What do you all use the Alexa feature for? I haven't set my Amazon account up but I'm also a 99% Android Auto user and that has Google assistant via long press green button on the steering wheel. Without Alexa setup, I can still give the car navigation commands via quick press green button. I'm just curious what I'm naively missing out on.
