Overland - two different base prices?!?!?

Still looking online for the right GCL and I've noticed something odd. This being my first Jeep, maybe it's common and I'm just ignorant.

We all know by now that the Air Suspension is being removed from the builds due to the chip shortage. Fine. They're giving a laughable $750 credit for said issue. However, the base price of these Overlands with the deleted air suspension has gone from $54,995 to $55,495. So, you're taking away a $3,000 air suspension, crediting the customer $750 but tacking on $500 to the base price of the vehicle? So, it's essentially a $250 credit for not receiving the air suspension.

What am I missing?!?!?!?

later 2021 GCL builds received a "mid year" base price increase regardless of the air suspension situation. wait till you see the bump for 2022s
