Just an update. JGC Overland V6 ordered on 1/31. Got a VIN a few days later on chat. Got an email from Jeep this morning saying estimated arrival date at the dealer will be March 14. Just chatted with Mopar online just to inquire. "The vehicle order is about to enter assembly! All parts are now gathered. The ETA has yet to be established." So will see how accurate the March 14 date will be. :)

Congrat's!! I ordered JGC Overland V8 on Feb 7th, got the VIN on Feb 11th. Still waiting for an email from Jeep Care with further details. Dealer said 2-3 months, possibly 4 before delivery. I will follow your thread for updates on your build, post pictures when you get it!

put my order in for the SR V6 on 1/22/22 got my VIN 1/27/22 and I went threw my email last night and I seen that on 2/8/22 I got a email from US CUSTOMER CARE (Jeep wave) saying thank you for my order, and my JEEP will arrive at the dealership the week of 3/16/22 . I did put $1000 down for a deposit not sure if that's how I'm getting it so fast, or is it just the effort/connection of the dealership from me buying all my dodges from them. Or am I just lucky lol. its weird how some of you guys put orders in last year and still don't have a date :unsure:

make sure you guys check your email, and look out for US CUSTOMER CARE

I think there is no rhyme or reason, just a perfect orchestra of parts being available and having a certain number of completed vehicles that are ready to be shipped to the same region. Deposit has no impact as the OEM doesn't care about the money, the vehicle is marked sold in the system so they assume there is consideration from the customer (down payment)

I finally pulled the trigger on my order through a broker/dealer. I was waiting for Midnight Sky to become available but I wanted to lock in my pricing in case of more increases so I went with a GC SR fully loaded in black with Global Black interior. Worth noting the dealer said the only colors available were Black, White, Gray, SIlver, and Red. No idea if that is true but I like Black so no biggie. 500.00 fee to broker, 500.00 deposit to dealer. Got 7.5% off of MSRP if FCA Affiliates is accepted on this or 6.5% if it isn't. Plus any available incentives and another 7500.00 off if I lease (tax break that goes to Jeep) but I will likely purchase and then get that back on my taxes. Overall I am VERY happy with the experience. They said I should have my VIN in a week or so; Grain of salt there lol

Ordered JGC Overland 1/24. Did get the VIN today but may have been available earlier. Salesman said tentative build date is 2/28. He said this was the best he has seen in the last two years. I guess we shall see what really happens. The option sI had were the Lux group and the 10.5" UConnect 5.

Was there any indication that the Off-Road Group was available to order?

93 days and counting. No further emails since Jan 26th. Checked with dealer today and still sitting in D status.

I'm west of Toronto and ordered 2022 JGC Overland on 1/24th. My salesman gave me VIN on 2/8 when I asked for it. So might have been available earlier. Also I have a Tentative Build Schedule of 2/28.
