Well. Back to this state

I am showing that at this time all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process soon

been there before and also the sequence stage, then back to collecting parts. So not holding my breath

Have you received an email from Jeep with an expected delivery date? I also ordered a SR V6, and I got an email earlier this week with the anticipated delivery date. Hoping I don’t get moved back in status.

No, just the email with the VIN that I received on 1/26 (2 months after I ordered) and a hearty thank you for ordering. I already had the VIN. Got it from a Jeep Care chat on December 6th. Even the ordering dealer has received orders and delivered other SR‘s (WL 74) that were ordered in December so no idea as to hold up. At least I got to sit in one that was prepped for delivery to another customer. Only difference is it was Black and the V8

Mine was in that status 6 weeks ago, contacted 2 weeks ago and it was back to gathering parts. Moved backward In status. Same build SR V6, Velvet Red. I did add the only three option packages available, just not the upgrade to V8
I'm just going to hope and prey mine moves along without any backwards status. I got white to save money; and also it looks more like the wagoneer in that color. I skipped the Mopar mud flaps package. I tried to cut cost in some areas lol.

Just an update. JGC Overland V6 ordered on 1/31. Got a VIN a few days later on chat. Got an email from Jeep this morning saying estimated arrival date at the dealer will be March 14. Just chatted with Mopar online just to inquire. "The vehicle order is about to enter assembly! All parts are now gathered. The ETA has yet to be established." So will see how accurate the March 14 date will be. :)

My dealer reported that pricing for the 4xe does not show up on his order page yet; though it is on Jeep.com. I was asking him about it today as I kinda wanted to try to lock in pricing or at least confirm the i am expecting 79k as the MSRP.

Edit: Nevermind, he was able to locate it and share a picture.

Hi guys, new to the site, just bought a GC Limited from dealer on Saturday. Vehicle is in transit, on a train in Ohio on the way to rail yard in Winston-Salem, NC. Any ideas how long it usually takes once a vehicle is on the train until it arrives at the dealership? The dealer couldn't tell me...Thanks!

How long does it normally stay in the paint stage? Mine has been in paint for a week and a half. I recognize that Jeep Chat doesn't seem to have the best updates, but that seems rather long. Just curious if anyone else had that experience.

In an ideal world, even with the two-tone paint group, it wouldn't take more than 2 shifts from start to finish (16 hours) to complete a vehicle in paint. (ED, sealer, primer, top coat, oven bake, paint QC)

However, keep in mind any delays or stoppages elsewhere in the process (weld, final assembly, QC) will put a stop to lines in pre or post departments through the plant. Very rarely will OEMS paint bodies, take them off the line, and store them.
We all know with supply chain issues, final assembly is probably in a "start/stop" condition, which is probably affecting paint as well.

You are two weeks behind my order. So based on that, your ETA to the dealer could be as early as 3/4
