Here is the reply I just received from the Jeep app folks.
@JeepCares what say you? One this reply makes no sense and two it’s not at all customer centric.
“First, your vehicle does not not have Vehicle Health Report/Info at this time. We are working to make this feature accessible to you in the near future. You will receive a communication once this has been resolved. Secondly, this Remote Operation issue is related to the telematics box module disconnect issue. The new Software update has been released to the Dealership. Please take your vehicle to a dealership to have your software updated. The service bulletin that your dealership may reference is bulletin number 08-174-21 REV. A.”
