When Trail Hawk?

It appears that the problem with ordering a Trailhawk, or the offroad package on the Overland, is limited supply of the elsd, not the quadra lift suspension. Summits and reserves are arriving at dealerships with quadra lift but with elsd deleted.
I know that happened late last year with 2021 GCLs, but—despite some misunderstandings—not to any 2022 GCs. Are you sure that has happened recently, and to ‘22s?

Update:

They received all the parts, scheduled to build soon (no date yet).
Same here. Just got this from Jeep Chat:

“Thank you for your patience, I can see all the required materials for your new GRAND CHEROKEE have been received and the plant has sequenced your order for production. It's currently waiting for it's specific spot on the line to start the build. Each build is assigned a location it has to start in. There is no timeframe showing but it will be starting soon. I'm sure you can't wait for this to be completed!”

They must finally be getting ready to start production on the Trailhawks. Will be really interesting to see how long it takes.

Has anyone seen any 2022 Trailhawks ever in person? If yes, could you describe what you thought were the most notable features?

I cancelled my order yesterday and requested my deposit back. There are just too many concerns and problems for this guy. The cost is absolutely outrageous and I am not paying on the order of $60k and then have a vehicle with potential problems. Also, not thrilled about the wait and supply chain delays. Finally, this economy does not fill me with confidence and maybe it would be nice to keep driving my Fusion Hybrid that gets 45mpg. I'm out. Good luck everyone!

To each their own. But I wouldn't base an internet forum representing a very tiny percentage of buyers/owners as very representative of the vehicles' reliability. Go to any Toyota/Honda forum and you'll find that they are very similar. 99% of people without issues aren't going to come on here to let everyone know that they're issue-free. Good luck to whatever your future brings you, and hopefully they bump yours further down the production line to make way for mine :)

I have not seen them in person, but there are a couple good walk-around videos from recent car shows on YouTube. I think the most noticeable (and I think best) feature is that the chrome trim that you see on the other models is blacked out, and it looks GREAT with the black roof. It also hides the "floating roof" design that is hit or miss. I also like the black trim around the bottom of the vehicle and around the wheel wells. Sould help with rocks/scratches. Outside of that, it's a pretty standard JGC. It has the traditional black leather with suede inserts and bright red stitching for the seats that past Trailhawks have had. Overall I think it's a good balance of off-road with the luxury features you'd expect with a JGC.

I don't particularly like the presenter here, but this is a good video to get a good visual look at the Trailhawk model:

I ordered my Trailhawk on Feb 2nd and my dealer said it was shipping on March 10th which would take about 2-weeks. I told him that sounded too good, but he believes it.Resized_20220301_142043.jpeg
