I own a 21 GCL which I bought in November 2021. I love the car but it did have 3 issues. A rattling noise from the 3rd row, Uconnect software issues and lastly a shudder/jerk in the transmission from 1st to 2nd gear. At first the dealer said the transmission is learning and it will go away but it did not after 3k miles. First time I gave the car in for this issue and they reset the transmission. I gave it in again as that did not fix the car and it's been sitting at the dealer for 2 months now and they have tried to replace the valve body but it did not fix the issue either. The dealer then contacted Jeep and opened a case to document this and are following jeep procedures to fix this issue. The dealership has been extremely helpful with loaners, service and communication so they thankfully are not the problem here. My question is how do I move forward with asking Jeep to take the car back IF the problem still remains after they give me the car back saying the issue is fixed ? Would appreciate if someone has gone through this process with the new GCL to shed some light on this.
