Thump in front over speedbumps

So I get a good solid thump sound from the front end if I go over a speed bumps (4-5mph) or if I hit a bump in general. Normal?

Had not been resolved, but I haven’t taken it to the dealer yet either. I will likely take it to the dealer for first oil change and have them look at a few things then.

I'm 6 weeks in waiting on parts for the same issue. My dealer has diagnosed it as bad front struts

I was about to say it’s almost like the struts are bad, but I figured why would brand new struts be bad? Ugh

I just scheduled an appointment for Monday morning the 18th for the front end issue.
Along with mirror whistle, strange downshifting with an audible click from 2nd to first, and wireless CarPlay still not connecting after update. Things are stacking up…
