Then why do they have the Update button if it will not be used? On mine that button does not do anything (along with Assist, hotspot, marketplace and activate services) Piece of crap that they cant fix I guess.

If you're ever curious about the current software level of your Uconnect 5 system--

Go to “Vehicle Settings” then select “ System
Information” and look for “Radio version”

Since Stellantis just issued a Safety Recall Y67 that's a software update, the most recent software version will be 17.98. The update can be obtained from a manual download at your dealership or as a Firmware-Over-The-Air (FOTA) update in a few weeks. I hope that helps!
