Radio recall made issues worse

[Cherokee/Gladiator]

Had the recall done last week. Worked ok for a couple days and now it’s back to doing the same thing. I have to reset the radio and shut the car off to get car play to load even plugged in. Also started having issues with the profiles loading incorrectly since the recall was preformed. Needless to say not thrilled.
