Radio freeze - No audio

Has anyone experience the audio stop and the only way to get it back is to turn off/restart Jeep or reboot radio while driving? I had it happen twice today and once yesterday so far.
I think I was on CarPlay then when I switch over to Sirius I lost all audio on everything.

I've had that issue in my Ram with the Uconnect 4, I was hoping it was fixed in the newer software. What has happened with my Jeep is stuck on the same XM channel. pressing the presets, turning the knob to change the channel, nothing worked. After about 3 minutes I was then able to change the channels. It was almost like when a computer is frozen and the CPU is at 100% utilization. from what I've ready the software running under Uconnect 5 is Android.
