Radio always on. Screen Off, Radio on/off button doesn't work

3 day ago i got a brand new 2021 GCL Altitude. Nice looking car and kids love the space. Last night i have noticed that the radio does not want to turn off even when the ignition is off and car is locked. before the issue, all seemed to work just fine. So I fiddled with the settings to set the radio to off after 0 sec. etc. but to no avail.
I am assuming with the radio going on all day and night long the battery will eventually drain.
Is there a way to reset the uconnect or do something to have the radio/screen turn off???

Press and hold the Uconnect power button for like 10 seconds and it restarts. I forget if it needs to be on first or off or ignition on or what so try different variations.

Thanks for the tip. I have used that. but it did not solve the issue. however i have to remove driver profile and while trying to add my iPhone noticed device manager showing briefly a message that an assist call was in progress. and indeed the blue assist button on the roof was lit. pressing it few times did not help, so i tried to activate one of the services and clicked on call then cancelled the call. that fixed the issue. the call assist was no longer stuck and all started to function properly. Back to enjoying my new toy. Thanks!
