Odd Rattle/Popping Noise

I'm finding an odd noise around 50 - 65 mph after the jeep is driven for sometime and/or after moderate to heavy acceleration.
It seems to be heat related. The noise is similar to popcorn starting to pop or a rock in a tin can being shaken. I can't isolate where it is coming from. Sometimes it seems to be under the hood, other times from under the vehicle. Anyone experience a similar noise? Maybe a heat shield? Any ideas?

Does anyone have a copy of this tsb or tsb number?

Back from the dealer today. They updated the radio software and determined the noise was from the heat shield. They "adjusted" the heat shield, evidently it was rubbings on something due to heat expansion. I'm not certain the noise is completely gone as I'll need to drive it a few day to be certain.
