Went and picked up my 2021 GCL Summit on Saturday. This would be the second time since the first came without eLSD and I refused delivery. When I saw it I noticed it was missing the windshield, air condition and the power windows. Dealership tried to explain the chip shortage. I told him I understood about the chip shortage. But why no windshield? He then tried to explain that the chip shortage also affected the windshield. I asked him how? He then said, just before transport to the dealership. Jeep noticed I had quite a few chips in the windshield. It was removed so others could get there chips. I would receive a new windshield when the chip shortage subsides. The dealership also stated that the air conditioning and power windows are just standard features and Jeep can take these at anytime?
