Does this go after the 2nd or 3rd row?
I know with my Durango, the cover will can be placed in 2 different positions, one behind the 2nd row, and one behind the 3rd row. I will look at my Wife's L when I get home and check it out...Wouldnt make sense to work only with the 3rd row down

From the manual, the cover looks like it attaches after the 3rd row seat

This would be great! I just couldn’t find the attachment point in the photos available. Real pics when you are able to send them would be awesome!

Called Thule about crossbars and they haven’t released an AeroBlade low-profile version for the GCL yet but did say that the raised bar feet pack should work if buying the load bars separately. Based on the exterior dimensions of the VW Atlas, he recommended the 53” load bars (wingbar or aeroblade). Other sizes are 47” (too small) or 60” (too big). Links below:

p.s. Thule doesn’t appear to sell the Aeroblade load bars as a stand alone option anymore (maybe competing with their own products), which is why I posted from TravelCo. (seems to be a scarce item).
The thule raised rail Evo does not fit the GLC. Just got a pair and tried it, there's nothing for the raised rail Evo to grab ahold of.

Can you describe what you mean by “nothing” to grab ahold of (e.g. the raised rail is too thick, tall, etc.)? The roof rails were supposed to have an indentation that would allow for the feet to grip the sides (pictures).34698A59-E669-4D4B-A180-8004AD010C76.png

I think I may understand the issue better now…it needs the flush rail feet, not the raised rail feet. The GCL painted the rails black under the chrome trim which makes the look raised.6169531A-5EC1-402F-A0B0-A3D3ACE080D0.jpeg

Fyi... You can find the crossbars on eBay. Mopar PN: 82216036AB
@Rollerbones and @fusky thanks for the MOPAR find. I’m sure lots of folks will prefer that look and design (I still wonder if it’s Thule AeroBlade Edge under the hood tho). I think I’ll stick with the Thule mounting feet so I have more width for mounting. AC4E8378-22CC-4E00-BCC2-581355FF88B4.jpeg

Think I found the cross bars. Searched eBay and found this.

Ordered... thank you for the quick reply and link. I have been using thule accessories for the past 5 years, and love them, but after trying the Evo rails and seeing the moulding deflect, I think the mopar rails are like the way to go.

Not sure the flush rail feet will work either. The inside of the roof rails deflected significantly when I tried to clamp onto them. The outside of the rails slope up and towards the center of the vehicle, which caused the Evo podiums to pull up when tightening. I've used thule ge a r for the last 5 years, but given I'd like the roof rack before vacation, I ordered the mopar ones, sad that I won't be reusing my aeroblades.

I can attest that the mopar slush mats are legit. Not connected for the middle of 2nd row like WK2 but still super nice.

mopar cargo liner = a total joke. Bought thinking it was a cargo mat and its a thin flimsy piece of vinyl that doesn’t even fit properly. Beach towels would outperform. Dont waste ur $$ unless you plan on running with 2nd & 3rd rows down all the time. Even then, i prolly would do beach towels lol

Possibly dumb question. Are there a separate cargo mats for the back when the 3rd row is up vs when it’s down? For example, a small one when the 3rd row is up and in use and a larger one when those 3rd row seats are down? Also, anyone using third party ones? If so how do you like them?

Also, any floor mats that fit the entire width of the second row? It seems both the mopar and weathertech mats do not have one long second row mat. Instead it’s a two piece mat.

Mopar only has a cargo mat for when the third row is up. Weathertech has both versions, one when the third row is up and one when the third row is done. I don’t own a cargo mat, but have looked into them.

As far as the floor mats, it seems all of the second row options are individual mats for the outside seats and not all the way across the second row.
