Marketplace App Disappeared

I didn't plan on using it, but the Marketplace app has disappeared from my radio. I did a soft system reset (via the touch screen reset), but I am avoiding a "factory reset" because I am afraid the radio will brick lol I am wondering if Jeep pulled it from the radio via an over-the-air update?

I just got off phone with Jeep Connect and they said the Market is still not active/working and its coming soon? Does anyones work, I thought mine did for a few days but I cant even get into it any longer.

Mine did for a few days. I haven’t checked if it’s still there but anything that needs the cellular connection in my truck doesn’t work. Assist, sos wi-to ect.

Can you start or unlock from the app on your phone?(I can) If so some type of cellular is working at least.

I had the market app initially when I purchased my vehicle about 2 months ago. Funny thing, the market app worked perfectly fine! I always laughed when Jeep claimed it wasn’t rolled out yet since I had it and it worked without issue. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and the market app disappeared. I thought they may have pulled with OTA update but I goofed and didn’t have the build version written down prior to it being removed so no way to confirm. Now I’m just scratching my head on what’s correct and if it’s removal was intended.

Exactly what happened to me. Its like it was enabled at the dealer then when I reset radio and had to "try" to get my services connected they dropped it.
I still cant get my services to connect from the radio...had it at 2 dealers and TRIED getting help from connect.Jeep.com and @JeepCares but no luck with anything so far. Been going on for 3-4 weeks already.

I had an issue with the geolocation going out in my Jeep. So no drive alerts were working. I did a factory reset and they are now working. Factory reset may help some people with their issues

I still cant get my services to connect from the radio...had it at 2 dealers and TRIED getting help from connect.Jeep.com and @JeepCares but no luck with anything so far. Been going on for 3-4 weeks already.

I had it at the dealer and they had to submit a STAR. Just got a call yesterday to bring it back as the STAR was updated. I’ll report back once I can get it in and looked at again.

What is STAR?

Please update with the STAR info when you can.

How do you do a factory reset?
Sorry I just saw this.on your Uconnect screen tap vehicle then up at the top settings then scroll all the way down to the bottoms where it says reset it’ll open up another menus that will slow you to reset back to factory

Stellantis just issued a Safety Recall Y67: 2021 WL Radio Software Update! This was issued as a Safety Recall since it addresses back-up camera concerns, amongst other things. If you'd like a more immediate update, you can absolutely go to the dealership to have this software update completed. I'd be more than happy to get additional support arranged alongside your dealer visit, to ensure that you're properly taken care of and your time is valued. However, you can also wait for a FOTA (firmware-over-the-air) campaign in a few weeks. This software update aims to address the following:
  • Carplay/Android Auto Inoperable
  • Language in Italian
  • Resets
  • Bluetooth Disconnects
  • Blank Screen/Backup Camera
  • Slow to Respond/Lockup
  • Radio inoperative

If anyone would like additional support alongside their dealer visits, please don't hesitate to send us a message!

I am trying to get mine to a dealer because I doubt the OTA update will work since assist, sos and hospot does not. Also waiting for Jeep to call me back about the issues so I can get it fixed before I leave on vacation!
Tried to call Jeep to see if they can help getting into a dealer today but... I now have to wait for a call again. :(

and..
They made a 8.4" NAV version?
