Ordered a GCL 2022 SR V8 10/15.
Got VIN pretty quickly within the next 2 weeks.
In D since Oct 22nd.
11/19: All materials needed have been received.
11/26: D1, Ship date 12/9
12/7: being built, in frame
12/10: Build sheet available today! At body vendors.
12/14: In shipping status, no dealer ETA.
12/16: Window Sticker avail
12/27: KZP, at vendor, awaiting shipping, no ETA.
Did you ever get your GCL delivered? If so when?

So just got off with Jeep Chat. Asked if the ETA System was still down and was told it was. I was then asked if I wanted to get the status anyway and I asked if they could provide me at least the 2 digit code and was told no they couldn't provide that and it was only for internal use. She playfully told me to say yes anyway, thinking she knows something I don't. I went ahead and said yes and she came back with: "Thank you, Great news! According to our resources, your new vehicle order has been built and is showing the shipping process should now be concluded. If you have not yet already done so, I would recommend at this time contacting your selling Dealership for any additional delivery information related to your order." I asked deeper questions and got this: "The system shows that it should have been delivered to your selling dealership just today!". Hopefully this is the case and I should hear something from the dealer tomorrow. This is the most information I had received since chatting with Jeep during the process.. Anyone else get this statement and it be false?

Did your jeep end up arriving at the dealership?

I did another chat with Jeep this morning and confirmed it was delivered on 4/27. I was unable to get in touch with the sales person and everyone else at the dealer decided they didn't want to help him out and see if in fact is was delivered. I in fact emailed several of the staff and got your sales person will reach out to you. AFter giving up and realizing the dealer closed at 7pm. I went and laid down. I just go up about 7pm and there was this short email from the sales rep saying he was alright and that he had been terribly busy and would check on my vehicle tomorrow. I emailed everyone from the GSM to the operator and not a single one of them would look into whether or not the vehicle was on the lot and didn't even bother responding to me. I'm worried that something had happened to my vehicle and they either didn't know how to tell me or they are stalling for time to get it fixed. Not a good first impression of the teamwork that should show they work together to get the job done and very non professional.

I agree, that would be very frustrating. Hopefully you hear good news from them tomorrow! What city is your jeep shipping to and how long was it in the shipping stage?

I did finally hear from the sales rep late last night claiming he was terribly busy and that he would check on tomorrow(today). just not a good feeling I'm having..:( It's in Tennessee and I'm from Dallas, so I have to arraign getting up there and everything. I was in the shipping stage for about month I would guess. Especially when the GSM doesn't respond really worries me. I hate to think badly about this dealership, but something just isn't right.

Ordered a 22 Limited with Nav and Tow Prep in White.
2/16 Order Entry
3/1 D1 Status (rough estimate)
3/31 Window Sticker Available
4/28 Delivered to dealer
4/30 Potential pickup assuming inspection goes well

Never was able to get anything about a delivery estimate at any point during the process from my sales guy or Jeep chat.

Hope you get a concrete update today. Curious what city in TN? I’m also waiting on a delivery to TN.

I received an estimated ship date of 4/5 and then moved to 4/20 from dealer but no ETA on arrival. Our vehicle was in the shipping stage on 4/20 so I’m anxious to know when it will arrive.

Got a long email trying to explain everything that was going on yesterday and gave no reason why anyone wouldn't help as they claim they are so busy. But anyway, they found my vehicle and I will be going tomorrow to pick it up. I'll be going to Springfield TN.

Thank you.. I actually piked it up on Saturday and made a trip home to Dallas. I got the ember pearl coat and was worried about the color, but it's great. It's like a deep burgundy like I had hoped for. Good luck to all waiting on their vehicles.
Hoping to get mine later this month, ember pearl as well. Glad to hear about the deep burgundy.
