Jeep Grand Cherokee L order status updates….

22 GCL Overland V8 ... Baltic Grey, Lux Tech and Adv Protech packages, and 2nd Row bench.

1/26/22 - Ordered
1/31/22 - VIN received
3/10/22 - D1 (Build Scheduled)
4/10/22 - Frame
4/11/22 - Paint
4/12/22 - Trim
4/13/22 - Build Finished/Window Sticker
4/15/22 - Left Mack Plant on Train to New Jersey

Today I received dealer ETA for the first time.... Kind of.

Dealer expects it to arrive in NJ on 4/22 and on a truck to Long Island within 3 weeks, meaning on or about 5/13. It usually gets to their dealership after stopping at their local yard 1-2 days later. Taking delivery on my birthday on 5/17 isn't out of the question but anything before Memorial Day weekend and I'll be happy 😁

I too am waiting for a delivery to TN. I have been waiting for about 3 weeks now. The last ETA I got was 4/19 to 5/2.. The original ETA was 4/14. Maybe they are just waiting on your vehicle...LOL If that's what it takes, I'll go for it.. Just did a status check and now this other person is unable to give me an ETA. Weird how one gave me an ETA and the other couldn't. I don't think jeep wants you to know the true answer to your question. If it's going to be there for 5 weeks or so, just tell me. I don't know if they are trying to protect the customer service rep, themselves, or me.

I agree, Jeep Chat hasn’t been super reliable so I’m hoping we hear from the dealer soon on an ETA. It sounds like you’re in the home stretch but 3 weeks is a long time in the shipping stage especially with the lack of transparency.

yeah and the dealer is of no help. I have asked for an ETA and they just ignore my question on the email. I'm just gonna wait and see. Not really much I can do anyway.

accessories is last ... another who knows how long.. my 21 was there for 5 weeks, my 22 two weeks

so Dealer said 2nd railyard last Thursday no clue what that means lol.. Orlando is rail destination then trucked to Cape Coral

At least you know it is moving somewhere.. I only hear crickets when I ask my dealer about my vehicle. The salesman just ignores the question. Mine could still be sitting Michigan for all I know. Think I will check with Jeep.com just to see what they say.. won't be much better... LOL

I have been told mine is in the shipping stage for the past few days but today was told “in transit” but the ETA system is still down. Very curious to know when we could expect arrival.

When I checked earlier today I was told the system was down as well. Said some other system was having outages as well. I'm going on a month now.
