So I’m wondering if I’ve called attention to an issue that affects an entire class. Basically Jeep invoiced most of us for a year of service (and early marketing advertised a year of Jeep Connect), but now they’re only offering 3 months. Jeep Connect supervisor said sorry, nothing they are willing to do (like honor 1 year subscription). Anyone have a referral for working this type of issue with smart folks in Detroit?
