I can log into website with no problem, can see vehicle location and everything is good with website. Just cant log into app, they tell me its fixed but still doesn't allow me to log in. They have removed my vehicle then added it, uninstalled and installed app numerous times, deleted data and cache, restarted phone, tried app on other phones including my dealers service advisors phone. Jeep cares has been very unresponsive. They knew of this issue before we left the dealer when we bought it 22 days ago. They keep passing me from person to person telling me the same thing and apologizing. My dealer service advisor reached out yesterday saying they told him it was fixed, i informed him otherwise and asked when he wanted me to return the vehicle. Didn't get a clear answer on that one.
