I would like to know the same thing. I have been working with Jeep and with Mopar and with my dealer and my data has not updated in 45 days. I have done all the updates. My lock and unlock an engine start all work but my health data and information do not ever refreshHow often should the Jeep app update the vehicles data?
Can you login toThat’s weird!! My app don’t even show those options! I’ve seen people with gas percentage and vehicle health but mine don’t even show, on the head unit I don’t even have Alexa or weather app like many other people have, I can’t even get my services activated! So frustrated, I only had the jeep for about 2 weeks with 260 miles on it, I want my Yukon back lol unfortunately they sold my trade in already
I have all the same things you have… it just won’t let me activate my services to get Alexa and weather apps, I even tried cancel the subscription and reactivating it but still no helpCan you login to
And see what options show up?Jeep Login
connect.jeep.com
For instance I have three active subscriptions. Based on you active subscription status uconnect/jeep disables some features/apps
Off-road pages missing for some is probably also related to that because it falls under ‘vehicle performance’ subscription

Did you try factory resetting your UConnect? There’s an option in setting. Once you do, and it restarts and launches you don’t have to manually try activating services. Give it a few min and it’ll do it itself, and then the activate services app will say that services are activated for the vehicleI have all the same things you have… it just won’t let me activate my services to get Alexa and weather apps, I even tried cancel the subscription and reactivating it but still no help
Yes , I tried all the resets, and for some reason nothing connects to the car, even the hard resets with customer care, they have no idea what’s going on, every time I try it just give me and error occurred while connecting, and on the app itself I’m missing fuel level and vehicle health. It’s so frustrating, I have less than 300 miles on the JeepDid you try factory resetting your UConnect? There’s an option in setting. I don’t even have those options on my app unfortunately, is it a paid service or does it come with the app?My original question pertains to how often should the app update your fuel and mileage status. Also, how often should it do a check on all systems?

And you made sure your car vin and stuff in the app matches to your car right?Yes , I tried all the resets, and for some reason nothing connects to the car, even the hard resets with customer care, they have no idea what’s going on, every time I try it just give me and error occurred while connecting, and on the app itself I’m missing fuel level and vehicle health.
