HUD not showing Speed Limit

I have the HUD set to Advanced and can see all of the other indicators except the speed limit. I've trolled every single setting and can't find what I need to do to activate that feature. Does anyone have a solution?

I'm thinking it's a buried setting that I can't find. For example, I didn't see the gear I was driving in displayed until I set to see it on the dash.

In the vehicle settings section of Uconnect. There is a Safety and Driving assist section. In there is two items about speed signs.

No luck for me either, no options at all for the Traffic Signs. I checked the Jeep website and it should be there, not just for the HUD but also in the Navigation screen option for the cluster. There is either a software issue or an additional setting that needs to be turned on, but I can’t find anything.

The traffic signs (I believe, as per the Jeep Website) is a summit/summit reserve feature. But the HUD should show speed limit. I’m hoping at my first oil change I can get all the patches/updates - so far its the only minor issue. @JeepCares , is my HUD issue known?

I've tried and failed with the speed limit, found control for location of HUD and brightness. Content options are pretty basic.
I was excited about speed limit on the HUD, lead foot... If only summit trim allows that functionality I'll be disappointed. Attached is HUD getting in the way of my night vision picking up elk.

Has anyone found a solution as to why the Speed Limit isn't showing up on the HUD in advance mode on the Overland models? Dealer is saying it should be showing up, but have not figured out why it's not. Thank you for the help in advance.

I haven’t; I can only figure that the feature is related to the Traffic Sign Assistance System, which is a Summit-level feature.

That's what the dealer thought initially as well, but then found out that it's not related as that feature pulls the data from the Navigation. The speed limit does show up on Nav, so not sure if it's as simple as a software update. Thanks

I’m in advanced in an Overland and have yet to find one that shows the speed limit.

Yep - I can’t fine an Overland that displays it either.

Here is a link to the online manual. If you look on page 151 it talks about the Traffic Sign Assist system and how to activate it. I have the speed limit sign showing on my HUD, but I have a Summit Reserve. I thought it was available in all trim levels...

I just checked my sticker and it is listed so that might be a good place to check to see if you have this.

Speed limit works fine on my Overland in the HUD. Also get street name, gear, driving assist and cruise speed setting. Don't get the speed limit detection, that's not included in the Overland trim.
