Help with major door fitment issues

Hi all, wondering if anyone has had or seen major body panel fitment issues. I have had my CGL for 6 days and noticed 1/4" to 1/2" gaps and door fitment issues on the drivers side only. Looking at the side mirrors I saw the rear door protruding out past the front door. I took it to a 30 year veteran body shop who I trust, and they said they may not be able to correct it. So, I'm taking to the dealer this afternoon and not sure what to expect. Pictures attached. Drivers side (jacked up) vs passenger side (smooth). Hope this was not one of the ones that fell of the conveyor belt. I traded in an Audi Q7 for this thing. How do I contact Jeep Cares on here? Thanks, Jason

While my doors are sitting where they are supposed to be, my trunk is a bit further to the right. I will have that looked at as well and it is not 100% certain, either, that it can be fixed.

I dropped my Jeep off this morning and got it back around 3. They adjusted both drivers side doors and they are better aligned but not perfect. The striker is a little off but I’ll do the fine tuning myself. I also asked them to perform the update for the memory seats, TSB 08-128-21 and they did.
