Has anyone been given a delivery date for a 4xe?

oh I got confused because your comment said it was built but the image shows it's being built
“Being built” may not mean anything more than D1 anyway.

There’s at least one more 2022 4xe showing up in searches like that (this one a Summit):1C4RJYE6XN8584948. My Mid-Feb order sequence number starts with 583, and these are 584948 and 589875, so I’m guessing they’re orders placed in March and maybe April, so probably not first in the queue to be built…

When I called Jeep Wave yesterday the guys said my order was "in production" then when I asked him what status the order is in he said D1... so yeah, you're probably right.

For the love of god, when is Jeep going to open up orders again and start producing these vehicles. My AC just went out of my car. Also, I swear some of these jeep dealers are slimy AF trying to sell these vehicles for above MSRP....these vehicles already cost an absurd amount, and then some of them have the nerve to tack on a "market adjustment." LMAO, the new car manager at a local dealer tried to explain to me that I won't find a dealer not selling above MSRP....literally left the dealer and called another one that told me they not only don't sell above MSRP, but that they will give me $1k off MSRP if I order a vehicle. The market is what it is currently, but it doesn't give you the right to gouge customers. I don't forget, and there are a ton of dealerships out there that won't resort to BS to sell cars.

I don’t know about sitting in lots, but the first customer 2022s appear to have been built and more are being built.

At least one reputable dealer says order banks reopened for 2022 4xes this week for late 2022 delivery, while another reputable dealer says they can’t order them. I‘m not sure what to think there, but I suspect they’re both telling the truth… somehow.

But I for one do not believe that 2022 orders will be converted to 2023s. That‘s a lot of hassle, as they are required by law to reassign the VIN when they change the model year, and that apparently means they‘d have to cancel and re-place all those orders, which involves effort and introduces risk without providing any apparent benefit, especially as there would be no actual difference in the build for those orders.
