Driver seat lumbar/mid back area popping/crunching noise

21' Overland with the massaging Napa seats: Front driver lumbar/mid back area makes popping/crunching noise from presumably the plastic within the seat above or below the bladders used to inflate the adjustments. Makes the noise when slightly more pressure into the seat is applied than normal, like initial seating or under heavy acceleration. (not the motors or the massaging hardware- adjusting bladders makes minimal difference) Took into dealer and they of course claim "normal operation." Passenger side doesn't do this. There are posts from older models indicating same type issue, curious if anyone else has experienced or its a one off. May need to take to diff dealer- ridiculously annoying. Thanks

I don't have this. Maybe just a bit of noise getting in and out.

My extending thigh cushion clicks and pops when it auto-retracts about half the time though.

There’s a plastic piece that broke off from my thigh cushion. It was cutting into my leg. The retaining clips on it were no match for how much pressure the upholstery was putting on it. I’ll ask them to replace it at my first oil change but it’s only purpose is probably cosmetic or perhaps to reduce a finger pinch risk.

Having the same issue, no idea what it is. Super annoying
