Door skin popped?

Just noticed this today. The rubber was about 3/8" away from the glass on the passenger rear door. I pulled the trim off and you can see where the skin popped away from the door frame..not sure why this one happened yet but I will have to take it in for this now.
I have to take it in again already because the tailgate form the factory was not signed up with the tail light so now I will get to add this to it.

Pulled trim off and you can see the skin under, looks like it popped from the glue/spot weld.

No, don't think that happened.. only because the trim is not bent or scratched.
