Anyone know how to access this on 2021 Cherokee l limited? Having major problems getting 4 g / wifi to enable / sign up. I need to access my iccid and imei numbers from my SIM card and this can only be found in dealer mode. The procedure att has doesn’t work. Please help!

If you're trying to find the current software versions to see if your system is properly updated, perform the following steps:

For the Uconnect 5 radios, there are 2 options:

1. VEHICLE option from App Drawer --> Settings
2. APP option from App Drawer --> Settings

Then go to Step 2
