I park on a slight incline (around 8% incline according to off road page) and my vehicle shutters / jerks when putting it into reverse from park. Like the parking brake releases and the regular brakes take over but there's a slight lag in between that causes a big shutter. Pretty loud and sort of surprising / stunning. I have a SR V8.

That sounds like parking brake going on and off. Might be serious. It has an auto-off in some trim levels, so it might be coming on and computer is releasing it, hence the shutter.

Jeep is replacing the vehicle for me now. The people at Jeep have been so great to work with regarding my situation, safety first.

Jeep is now replacing my GCL
