Bump on floor of 2nd row driver side

I've had my GCL for about 6 weeks but haven't been in the back seat until this weekend when I went to vacuum the floor. I noticed there is a hard bump about 6-8 inches in diameter on the floor of the 2nd row driver's side under the mat. There isn't one on the passenger side. Has anyone else noticed this?

How far does it stick up, can you see it or do you have to feel for it?….(I mean the floor bump)

It sticks up about an inch, it's easily visible the mat is lifted.

The floor raises up about an inch and a half in that area, but I don't see anything round. Here is a photo of that area with no carpet.
