Black info screen

We just bought the JGCL Summit last week. The Apple car play stopped working yesterday. This morning the entire screen is black. Of course we are on road trip and can really use navigation and music! Any ideas? We tried resetting by holding the volume and enter button for 10 seconds, no luck.

See if @Rollerbones comment in another thread helps....

- holding volume and tune knobs down at the same time to reboot (as opposed to the enter button) ?

I believe software updates menus in the Uconnect , there is an option to reboot the radio there.. Try that..
