Have limited. 300 plus miles and about 3 weeks. All systems go so far. Cross my fingers. Wish I spent more $$ to get the Overland though. Just seems to look nicer
I have 3300 miles on my Overland. So far it's been an absolutely quiet joy to drive.Every thread is complaints about the the 21 GCL and how horrible the quality is. Has really scared me into second guessing myself about getting one. Has anyone actually had a complaint free experience so far? Is anyone happy about their purchase? TIA for comments.
I posted the TSBs and the STAR case# for the radio in another post for you; take them to a different dealer.Jeep Crorp says they cannot find any issues with my Jeep and there have been no TSB issues for this GCL.
So far, everything is as expected. no problems
I haven't had a single issue with mine so far, knock on wood. Even the CarPlay issues everyone complains about is fine on mine.Every thread is complaints about the the 21 GCL and how horrible the quality is. also forgot to mention that I'm also having the same apple car play issue. Moral of the story, great vehicle, great design, but major design quality and execution issues. I don't think Jeep is ready to handle this as the service manager at my dealer never even drove the car before seeing my issues first hand. I feel that a better warranty and training process is needed fo the boots on the ground dealer teams. My concern is that when they don't understand how to fix these issues, they end up doing more harm then good to my car. Lsat thing I want is medical malpractice!2021 GCL Limited with all available options. Actually has quite a bit of quality issues.
Upon purchasing the car I noticed 3 dents on the door panels (2 on the drivers side and 1 on the passenger side) along with a few scratches.
On the inside, the dash panel was a bit warped and lifting above the tweeters and I found out that one of my rear passenger windows was not functioning with some sort of electrical issue.
All in all, not a tremendous issue but I purchased the car 2 weeks ago and I've been driving a toyota loaner from the day I purchased it as the car has been in the shop trying to bring it to brand new standards.
For a 55k car, I'm disappointed with Jeeps quality control before selling to a loyal customer. I tried to push back on the dealer to get me a new vehicle with all of these quality issues but ofcourse there was no action and no support from jeep corporate when I reached out to them. I guess, opening the dash, fixing electric issues, and repainting door panels are what you get when you buy anew car in 2021.
The biggest frustration was the loaner, the dealer actually made me go to an enterprise and rent the loaner toyota shit box on my own credit card with the promise that they will reimburse me if I stayed below a 40$ per day budget..... let's just say this wouldn't have happened if I was at volvo or Audi...

Question is, why the hell would you buy a vehicle with so many obvious visual flaws to begin with?2021 GCL Limited with all available options. Actually has quite a bit of quality issues.

Do a search for your issues…all are addressed in these forums.Have an Altitude with just under 1K miles here and noticed a couple of minor but annoying issues:
- High beams do not turn on in auto setting - please help if i'm using these incorrectly
- Check rear seat notification comes on sometimes when I turn off the car with nothing on the rear seats
- Very noticeable (high pitch) wind noise at 50+mph with one or all windows completely down/partially down to the point I prefer to close the window cause it's that noticeable
