Every time I checked with Jeep Chat, my Dealer ETA changed and not for the better. Ordered the SR with the hemi on 10/8 and still waiting.
Haven't bugged my dealer yet this week, to see if it's on a train (hope so). Jeep chat seems to only show "shipping stage" and whether staged for shipping, on a train, etc., they have no differentiation, where the dealer actually sees updates for different checkpoints that the car/train have passed. Such as last Wed, dealer updated me that my Wrangler and Wife's GW, were still on the train, but just outside of Memphis, and a few days earlier, one was in Ohio (on train), and don't recall where the other was.
JC just says, "shipping stage."

I received one "ETA" and that was from the dealer for 1/11. But, my GC has been in paint since the 8th and hasn't moved. JC is all over the place, yesterday they said I didn't have a valid VIN, then it was all parts are gathered, and then in framing. I'm at 2 weeks with my GC in paint and this is becoming more and more frustrating.

Agreed, the people at JC aren’t being given enough information and often the info they have seems to be incorrect.

I agree with you and it is frustrating. I’ve had the same experience and asked JC how often they receive updates. They responded that they get updates once a day. Honestly, I don’t believe that they’re getting the info on a timely basis. Hate bugging the dealer, but that seems to be the only way to get better info. With that said, the dealer told me that they’re information isn’t always right either.

Congrats! I'm hoping mine will be close to this as well since we have the same vehicle and similar dates. Hoping the "delay" is just a delay in reporting updates to the system.

I’m guessing i’ll be looking at a week later than that, based on when I ordered. Right now i’m in the shipping phase, with no ETA.
send him an email @ clutchautodeals@gmail.com. He charges a $500 fee and will set you up with his partner store to complete the deal. It was an effortless process.
MY GC SR V8 has finally made it to Memphis, where it will sit in the yard there for one to three weeks, before the final two hour truck ride to the dealer. I currently have a GC, GW and JLU (we went on a buying spree 10/15 and 10/18) sitting at the Memphis rail yard waiting for the final short drive to the dealer.
