Do the current production 2022's even have the new system yet, or is that another 'late 2022' availability items (like the new paint colors, the availability of the new dash screen, etc)
It is not available yet.

Hands-Free ADA still can’t be ordered yet. The passenger screen is now an orderable option (and it was included from the start on Summit Reserves, where it’s standard equipment) but the rear-seat entertainment still can’t be ordered.

View attachment 1967View attachment 1968View attachment 1965View attachment 1966View attachment 1964I’m excited to join the Jeep family! I ordered this on October 12, 2021. It came in Monday and I took delivery last night. They did a great job on the redesign both inside and out! It has the V8 HEMI which the dealer told me helped expedite the order. They said it is the first one in the Coastal Virginia area. Please let me know if you have any questions.
New to forum but 13 year jeep owner. New GC summit reserve ordered in 10/28 and am awaiting delivery to dealership. 10 days in final inspection as of now. Just wondering when? Baltic grey,v8 wtupelo interior.

I use the massage seats in my Audi all the time. Every time my wife gets in, she turns her side on. Was glad to see the Summit Reserve had massage seats. Hoping they are a little stronger than my Audi's.

On night vision, in my Audi, in addition to the little screen in the instrument cluster, if it spots a person or animal it thinks will enter your path, it beeps and throws an icon up on the heads up display. Assuming the GC does something similar, it's pretty nice in places with a lot of deer.
The Jeep CG night vision can be displayed in the driver display full time or it will pup-up when an animal/person is detected. The night vision screen will illuminate the object yellow and can play an alert sound. Nothing is displayed in the head-up display (unless I missed it). There have been a few glitches where it does pop us sensing heat from a vehicle’s exhaust in front of me, but overall good.
I came from an Audi and a Porsche and have been impressed with the GC (only complaint is that it does not match the handling of those, but quality and features at this price can’t be matched). I hope you like yours as well!

My night vision fires off alerts for people (with yellow squares), but seems to only see about half the animals, and has more success with dogs than bigger animals, I'm assuming b/c the dogs are warm from being inside. (I just got mine in December, so it's been very cold, ranging from -15 or lower to the 30's)

Where I live we have bison, moose, elk, wolves, deer, etc, so it's a really great feature to have, but it doesn't pick them all up. It may be because it's so cold here (Jackson WY) in the winter that the animals are too cold to trigger the warning sensor sometimes. It will send alerts for oncoming local buses (with the big flat windshield and the heat cranked inside) and snowplows (some have heated front blades I think). I'm curious to see how it does as the seasons warm.

So far, though, it's one of the only electrical features that even operates on my car with any reliability.
