Hey I own a 21 GCL which I bought in November 2021. I love the car but it did have 3 issues. A rattling noise from the 3rd row, Uconnect software issues and lastly a shudder/jerk in the transmission from 1st to 2nd gear. At first the dealer said the transmission is learning and it will go away...

I dropped off my 21 GCL limited for this same issue and showed the service advisor this article as well. After the dealer opened a case with jeep, all things are pointing to the valve body infact. Would like to know how was the experience after having the valve body replaced. Any more jerks...

My 21 GCL limited is in the shop for this same software update and a shudder from 1st to 2nd gear along with some rattling issues from the 3rd row. Love the car but these minor issues are killing the experience

Thanks for the info. That helps. I wasn't sure if it manages snow mode/rock/mud with TC or it just changes to higher gear.

Hello, Does anyone known of any real difference in the GCL Limited drive modes. So far I have only noticed that the snow mode keeps you in higher gear and the mud mode also keeps you in higher gear disabling TC. Any other difference than this ?
