XPEL - Interior and Screen protection

Two of my concerns with the GCL (Overland) interior early on were the (1) piano black center console areas and (2) the finger print attracting display. I broke down and purchased the XPEL interior kit for the GCL - did a self install and feel good about it so far.

The display film looks good, touchscreen still works great, and no visible finger prints. I also feel good having protection on the piano black surfaces as I was already starting to notice some small scratches.

They also include film for the faux wood dash and door panels. It does give a gloss look instead of the matte (see picture).

Nice find, may order a kit. Weird that they cover the wood on the door panels but not the gloss black area near the window switches.

Does it have a film to cover the cupholder area? How about the piano black area on the rear center console (summit models)?

I agree on the window switch area - that would have been a nice (needed) addition. The cupholder films weren't a great fit in my Overland model at least - I had to trim one of the provided pieces to make it work. I don't have 2nd row rear center console - if you want to provide a picture I can tell you - there are a few pieces I haven't figured out where they go yet.

I use XPEL XR plus window tint and PPF for all my vehicles because I believe it's the best on the market. Gonna have to order a kit.

where did you order the kit from? This seems like a must have given the fingerprints after one day!

Is this for limited or overland? They have different trim around the cup holders. Overland has the cover, limited no cover and trim is different.
