It has been reported by some that dealers can’t place any GC orders until May 15. Whether new options will be available at that time is unknown. It has also been reported that date will be when they start taking orders for 2023 models.

That matches what I’ve heard. My guess—and this is complete speculation on my part—is that it won’t be available until after the 2022 model year is no longer orderable. Same for the Hands-Free Active Driving Assist, the Rear Passenger Entertainment option, and at least some of the colors that were supposed to be “late availability.”

I guess speculation is the best we can do for now. With that qualifier, some publications claim the 2023 model will "arrive at showrooms in fall 2022".
