Wiper Not Set Correctly

I’m having an issue where my left wiper blade (driver’s side) won’t wipe all the way to the edge of the windshield. Looks like the starting position of the blade is set too far back (compared it to my buddy’s GCL) so it when it operates, it doesn’t fully wipe the windshield.

Has anyone else come across this and have a recommendation on a fix?
