Did you pass the 6 month trial period already? Mine showed the message at month 4 from purchase.

Mine has the same error. I can still access all the same info on the jeep connect website though, where it says my vehicle safety and security subscription is good until 2031 and vehicle performance good until 2026... I think it may be a different issue than the trial expiring.

I had the same issue, and I contacted Jeep, who told me that the entire app is completely disabled unless you subscribe to the "Assistance" package. You will see that screen until you subscribe to that package.
