Played around in photoshop with the online photos from different models, toying with things I'll likely do to my replacement when I get it. Thought I'd post the ideas here as the changes could be done by anyone, although this is all just virtual:
Firstly, I'm hoping to get a Midnight Sky Overland if at all possible (w Off Road Group), but my off roading isn't going to be rock crawling, mostly forest service and driving around ranches and properties with unmaintained two tracks and roads, so I want the Summit Reserve wheels with General Grabber AT3 275/45/21 tires (which
are DOT approved/labelled, but have to be imported from the UK b/c for reasons General won't divulge they aren't available here in the US in that size). Since the tires are DOT approved, importing shouldn't be an issue. I still have my Xterra with 16's if I am going further off road. I'd take the SR wheels in 20" if I could, but this should still be ok for my use case.
For the trim changes, I'd leave the chrome door handles as I feel like the wrap isn't durable enough for the use they'd get (kids, etc), same for the Overland bumper chrome (rock chips), and it still looks fine with the wheels and grille rings.
I like the chrome bits on Midnight Sky, so I will probably only change the roof rack to black (w OE parts), and add the SR grille ring/fill trim with the SR 21" wheels and General Grabber AT3 tires, along with debadging the sides and tinting the orange reflector:

If I can't get Midnight Sky, I'll probably go with Baltic Gray, do the above, plus add the OE black grille surround and black out the window trim strip with wrap until someone posts a video of what all is involved with swapping the OE trim out for black (seems like a big job, mirrors and all). Since I live where they use crushed granite instead of salt in the (long) winters, I'll avoid using PPF wrap on the front (ie bumper ring) except for clear PPF to protect all the chip-prone areas. The tow hooks are also chrome, so it just gets to be a lot to swap out to go further than below. I might also wrap the roof black and tint the tail lights lightly.
I generally a fan of an OEM type look, but cleaner, so I like how these relatively small changes change things vs the stock Overland:
Also, with regard to the 274/45/21 tires, here's an image I found that shows the sidewall, which has the DOT stamp on them. It's not surprise they have the stamp, since they sell them in a lot of other sizes here. The tires aren't that expensive, but even the slow boat the shipping will definitely add some cost. This photo is from UK ebay. I'd probably buy six and rotate the spare (with an SR wheel) and another tire through so I have backups with similar wear, should anything bad happen. Probably just move the new tires in at the rear since that wears a little faster. I swap them out every six months for snows anyway.
